We work exclusively with full-grain, vegetable-tanned hides sourced from heritage tanneries in Tuscany, Italy and select tanneries in India. Full-grain is the strongest, most natural layer of the hide and develops a beautiful patina over time.
Vegetable tanning uses natural tannins from tree bark and plants instead of chrome salts. The process takes 30–60 days versus a single day for chrome tanning, but produces leather that ages gracefully and is biodegradable.
Yes. Each bag is hand-cut, saddle-stitched with waxed linen thread, and edge-burnished by a single artisan from start to finish. We do not use assembly lines.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for orders above $500.
Yes most bags and wallets can be hot-foil monogrammed with up to 4 initials in gold, silver, or blind deboss. Monogrammed pieces ship in 7–10 days.
Standard orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. Personalised and made-to-order pieces enter production immediately and cannot be changed once confirmed.
Yes, we ship to over 60 countries via DHL Express and FedEx Priority. Transit time is typically 3–7 business days with full tracking and insurance.
Domestic shipping is complimentary on orders above $200. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for most destinations. DDP (duties paid) shipping is available to the EU, UK, US, and UAE at checkout.
Keep it dry, condition every 3–6 months with a neutral leather balm, and avoid direct sunlight for long periods. A soft horsehair brush is enough for everyday cleaning. Patina is a feature embrace it.
Unused, non-personalised pieces may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Personalised, monogrammed, and made-to-order items are final sale.
